牙齿纠正懊悔一辈子 正畸联合修正医治成人前牙错伴牙列残缺的作用

[摘要]意图 探求正畸联合修正医治成人前牙错伴牙列残缺的作用，为临床供给辅导。办法 选取2014年10月10日～2016年5月10日我院收治的98例成人前牙错伴牙列残缺患者作为研讨目标，将其随机分为两组，每组各49例。联合组患者使用正畸联合修正医治，单一组患者使用正畸医治。两组患者均随访1年，比较两组患者的作用、软垢指数、附着损失指数及满意度评分。成果 联合组患者的优良率为93.88%，显着高于单一组的71.43%，差异有统计学含义（P<0.05）。联合组患者医治后的软垢指数为（0.10±0.07）%，附着损失指数为（5.28±0.79）%，均显着低于单一组的（0.59±0.13）%、（6.97±1.20）%，联合组患者的满意度评分为（87.56±4.52）分，显着高于单一组的（78.24±4.65）分，差异均有统计学含义（P<0.05）。定论 正畸联合修正医治成人前牙错伴牙列残缺作用显着，值得临床使用推行。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of orthodontics combined with repair in the treatment of adult anterior malocclusion with dentition defect in order to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods From October 10，2014 to May 10，2016，98 adult patients suffering from anterior malocclusion with dentition defect who were treated in our hospital were enrolled as objects.They were evenly divided into two groups in random，49 cases in each group.Patients in the combined group were treated with orthodontic treatment，and orthodontic treatment was performed in the single treatment group.They were all followed up for one year.The efficacy，debris index，attachment loss index and satisfaction score in the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the combined group was 93.88%，which was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group accounting for 71.43%，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.In the observation group，the debris index was （0.10±0.07）% and attachment loss index was （5.28±0.79）%，which were much lower than those in the single group （[0.59±0.13]%，[6.97±1.20]%），the satisfaction score was （87.56±4.52） points，which was significantly higher than that of the single group （[78.24±4.65] points），and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Combination of orthodonticsand repair can obtain a remarkable effect on treating adult anterior malocclusion with dentition defect，thus is worth a wide application.

隨着日子水平的进步及日子质量的改进，越来越多的人开端重视牙齿健康，而前牙错、牙列残缺均归于临床牙科的常见病，其发病原因和牙周病、龋病或先天发育妨碍存在较强的相关性，若不及时对该类疾病患者施行有用医治，可影响其辅佐发音功用以及外形漂亮程度，一起，还会导致附近缺牙间隙牙呈现移位、歪斜等现象，对患者颌牙的伸长及咬合联系发生必定的负面影响，相应地，给患者的日常日子也带来了必定的负面影响[1-2]。现在，较多学者以为，为确保作用，临床医治前牙错伴牙列残缺应先给予患者正畸医治，以康复牙冠的正常高度，并重建咬合联系，待正畸医治完毕后，再对患者施行修正医治。本研讨选取我院收治的98例成人前牙错伴牙列残缺患者作为研讨目标我院对前牙错伴牙列残缺患者施行正畸联合修正医治，以探求正畸联合修正医治的作用，见如下报导。
