六味补血胶囊 六味补血胶囊的16组拆方对环磷酰胺所造成的血虚小鼠造血功用的影响

[摘要]意图 讨论六味补血胶囊的16组拆方对血虚小鼠造血功用的影响。办法 将健康NIH雄性小鼠190只随机分为19组，分为阳性组、空白组、模型组、拆方组（拆方1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16组），每组10只。腹腔打针环磷酰胺制造化学药物诱发血虚证小鼠模型。阳性组给予复方阿胶浆，每次0.3 ml/20 g；空白组和模型组给予生理盐水，每次0.3 ml/20 g；拆方1～16组小鼠按相应配伍剂量接连灌胃28 d，1次/d，每次0.3 ml/20 g。调查各组对血虚小鼠外周血象等目标的影响。成果 血红蛋白、红细胞、网织红细胞各目标模型组均值低于空白组，（P<0.01），模型组与空白组有显着差异，标明造模成功，全方组（拆方16组）高于其他拆方组和阳性组。定论 六味补血胶囊对环磷酰胺形成的血虚小鼠造血功用改进显着，其配伍具有合理性。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the impact of 16 demolition groups of six kinds of Buxue capsule on hematopoietic function of blood deficiency mice.Methods 190 health NIH male mice were divided into nineteen groups，namely positive group，black group，mode group，demolition groups （including demolition group 1，2，3，4，5，6，7，8，9，10，11，12，13，14，15，16），with each group 10 mice.Intraperitoneal injection cyclophosphamide was used to duplicate blood deficiency mice model.Positive group was given compound E Jiao Jiang （0.3 ml/20 g each time）；Blank group and model group was given normal saline （0.3 ml/20 g each time）；The rest of the 16 groups according to the corresponding dose lavage 28 days （1 time/d，0.3 ml/20 g each time）.The impact of each group on the peripheral blood indicators of blood deficiency mice was observed.Results The mean value of hemoglobin，red blood cell and reticulated red blood cell in mode group were lower than those in black group （P<0.01），and the difference between mode group and black group was obvious，which showed that the model was successful；The whole prescription group （demolition group 16） was higher than other demolition groups and positive group.Conclusion Six kinds of Buxue capsule has obvious improvement in hematopoietic function of blood deficiency mice that resulted from cyclophosphamide，which compatibility of medicines is rational.

六味补血胶囊为深圳国源国药有限公司独家研制成功并具有国药准字号的补血类专利产品，临床效果切当，特别适用于女人气血两虚，症见头晕眼花、神疲乏力、唇甲色淡等。六味补血胶囊以补血养血为主的四物汤为根底丹方，并辅以具补气圣药之称的黄芪和凉血止血的紫草，致全方配伍具气血双补、养血活血的效果。本试验从六味补血胶囊君、臣、佐、使配伍联系动身，以君药当归为中心，顺次配伍熟地黄、白芍、川芎、黄芪、紫草等5味中药，进行拆方规划，得到六味补血胶囊的不同组方并树立与中医临床挨近的血虚动物模型，以六味补血胶囊不同组方为研讨目标，研讨不同组方对环磷酰胺（CTX）所造成的血虚动物模型造血功用的影响。

1资料与办法

1.1试验动物

健康NIH雄性小鼠（SPF级）190只，体重（18.0±2.0）g，购自广东省医学试验动物中心（动物质量合格证：44007200025367）。

1.1.2试验药品及试剂 复方阿胶浆（批号：1309029，购自山东东阿阿胶股份有限公司），环磷酰胺片（批号150301，购自通化茂祥制药有限公司），六味补血胶囊的16组拆方由深圳国源国药有限公司制备及供给。
